| cycaucion allows applying for guarantees covered by surety insurance, querying guarantees which are being processed and notifying by e-mail any change in the processing procedures. This system, which is currently used by 40% of surety clients, ensures maximal simplification of procedures, resulting in more than 99% of applications being resolved within 24 hours. In addition, companies are offered a global view of their situation, allowing them to see their credit limit and the coverage provided by their policy, as well as a historical record including all the information regarding their guarantees. |
