About crédito y caución?
Since its creation in 1929, Crédito y Caución is the leading provider of credit insurance in Spain. Internationally, Crédito y Caución is the operator in Spain, Portugal and Brazil of the Atradius Group, which is credit insurance provider in 42 countries.
  
What does crédito y caución do?
Whenever one of our 30,000 insured companies closes a commercial deal, it commissions Crédito y Caución to assess the non-payment risk of its new customer. In 2008, our analysts issued 3.4 million of such guaranteed assessments, through which we conduct continuous follow-up on the customers of our insured companies, sharing the risk of bad debt jointly. In case of non-payment, the Company initiates the debt recovery process and pays the corresponding compensation.
