| In 1999 Crédito y Caución was the first insurance company in Spain to obtain 9001 Quality Certification, granted by the Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification (AENOR). In 2005, after being officially recognized for its commercial management, Crédito y Caución became the only non-life insurance operator in Spain that has the quality stamp for all its procedures, which are also certified by APCER in Portugal, and Vanzolini in Brazil. | |||||||
